Improve eCommerce Bookstore for ISPE

ISPE approached me to perform a UX audit and provide actionable recommendations for their eCommerce bookstore's staging site. Their primary challenge was navigating a misalignment between internal stakeholders, who were still defining goals and content needs, and the third-party development team, who required specific requirements to work within template constraints. This lack of clarity created inefficiencies and stalled progress. Beyond the audit, I stepped into a facilitation role, bridging the gap between the teams, guiding on UX best practices, and providing visual design solutions to help ISPE achieve a cohesive vision.
