This eCommerce client was seeking an audit because their conversions where low. I provided an audit to identify several issues contributing to low conversions including checkout blockers for new users.

    #2 They have more mobile users than desktop, yet they've been prioritizing desktop flow. Fixing mobile allowed for more sales on mobile.
